Breakfast featured an excellent selection. The service in the restaurant was really good. The villa was always clean and very comfortable. I loved the big bath in the bathroom!!!

The WiFi connection was unreliable, and the speed was sometimes slow.

Wonderful Bunker Bay Experience

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. breakfast had a great offering and the spa offered excellent service and massages. the tennis facilities included nets for flies and rackets with balls (very thoughtful). the gym had good equipment and the pool area offered a beautiful view.

The power went out for three hours. This made it difficult to use the kitchen facilities to heat my baby's formula bottle during the night. my children woke up scared as a result of this outage and waited in pitch black. it took two hours for wine to be delivered to the room.

the resort is nestled in a beautiful setting surrounded by national parks. the beach is a short walk from the resort, perhaps five minutes. the location provided a quiet bush view with sounds of the ocean.

the location near bunker bay beach was acceptable, providing easy access to the coastline.

The room cleaning was clearly subpar. i noticed a thick layer of dust on the blinds and light fixtures. there was also some unidentifiable dried substance on the side of the bed. the mold in the shower was disgusting. It's unacceptable for a place charging these rates.
